Pay with Payment Link

The payment link payment method is a versatile option that allows merchants to send a personalized payment link to their customers.
  • The payment link can be sent through different channels, such as email, text messages or social networks.
  • Customers can click on the link and be redirected to a secure payment page, where they can complete the transaction by entering their card details or other available payment methods.
  • This option is ideal for online merchants, individual sellers, recurring billing and specific collections.
The following are the steps to follow:

Step 1

We locate the Payment Link section in the options at the top.

Step 2

We click on <Crear Link> button located in the upper right of the screen.

Step 3

A form with the data to fill in will be loaded.

Step 4

All fields will be completed respecting the mandatory of each one.

Step 5

By clicking on <Crear Link>, a confirmation alert will appear, if you are sure with the entered data and the action to be performed, click on <Aceptar>, otherwise click on <Cancelar>.

Step 6

If the creation was successful, a screen will be loaded with the generated link where we can copy or share the link by email.

By entering the link, the following view will be loaded.

We complete the corresponding data, accept the terms and conditions and click on <Confirmar>.

The Izipay payment form will be loaded.

Where we will have to fill in the payment form fields and click on <Pagar>.

The payment will be made and a confirmation message will be expected.

Example

A merchant wishes to collect monthly rent from its tenants. The merchant sends a personalized payment link to each tenant via email. Upon clicking the link, tenants are redirected to a secure page where they can enter their card details and complete the payment. The merchant receives a notification of successful payment and updates the payment status in their system.

Link payment security is maintained through the implementation of secure and encrypted links, as well as the use of encryption and tokenization technologies to protect sensitive customer information during the transaction.
